GoHighLevel is an all-in-one marketing and sales platform designed primarily for agencies, digital marketers, and consultants. Unlike traditional CRMs, GHL is built for resale and white-labeling. It centralises key tools—CRM, two-way texting, email marketing, funnels/websites, booking, and call tracking—into a single platform, allowing you to manage and scale multiple client accounts from a single interface (Agency View).
The Certified Admin credential confirms a deep, comprehensive understanding of the platform, including its advanced settings, agency features, and troubleshooting capabilities. As a Certified Admin, I ensure your setup is not just functional, but architecturally sound, scalable for a high volume of clients, and optimised for performance and deliverability. My extensive background with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is a huge asset. While GHL is newer, my Keap experience provides a 15-year foundation in automation strategy, campaign logic, lead scoring, and complex customer journey mapping. This allows me to build GHL campaigns that are far more strategic and outcome-focused than those built by pure GHL novices, translating complex business processes into clean, efficient GHL workflows.
The primary motivation is usually cost consolidation and service expansion. GHL replaces numerous expensive, separate tools (CRM, funnel/website builder, SMS/email tool, call tracker) with one fee. For agencies, GHL is the only platform that allows you to white-label and resell the core software to your clients, turning your marketing spend into a new revenue stream—a model not supported by Keap.

GHL uses its own native services (LeadConnector) or allows you to connect third-party providers like Twilio and Mailgun. My experience includes optimising these connections. We focus heavily on A2P 10DLC compliance for SMS and setting up proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure maximum email deliverability. This is critical for avoiding spam folders and maintaining a healthy sender reputation.
